COVID-19 Update: Adjusted Hours & New Services

Dear Clients,

Beginning Monday, March 30th we will be adjusting our hours to 8am – 6pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am – 2pm on Saturdays.

To help ease the burden of the changes put in place in response to COVID-19 and limit unnecessary trips to the vet hospital, we’ve made a few changes:

  • Online Pharmacy Now Available: We have opened an online pharmacy where you can request refills of medications and foods that can be mailed directly from our distributors to your home. Keep in mind delivery times and be sure to order in advance. We have set prices competitively to help in this time of need. Royal Canin and Science Diet foods are available through our online pharmacy, and Purina diets are available through Purina ProPlan Direct.
  • Telemedicine Coming Soon: We are excited to share that we are preparing to launch a telemedicine platform in the very near future! This will allow our doctors to see patients remotely. We will send out another newsletter once this service is up and running.
  • Curbside Concierge: We are continuing our “concierge” car service, asking that clients call from their cars when they arrive for appointments. At that time, we will provide instructions for the transfer of your pet(s) to our staff for exams. We greatly appreciate everyone’s willingness and understanding in this matter and ask that you please do your best to keep a six-foot space between yourself and others when bringing a pet in. Please also make sure your dogs are on a leash and cats are in a carrier to assure a safe transfer to our team.

As a reminder, at this time there is no evidence that pets can become infected with COVID-19. They can however, harbor the virus on their hair coats for an unknown amount of time. If you become ill with respiratory signs, remember that your pets may be able to carry the virus and infect others. We recommend home quarantine of pets along with yourself if you become sick. When taking pets for walks, we suggest “social distancing” your pets as you do yourself.

Stay safe, everyone.
