May 9th is National Receptionist’s Day and at Northwest Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital, we’re honoring the wonderful team members who serve in that role for us: our Client Care Coordinators!
In addition to being the friendly face that greets you when you visit our hospital, our Client Care Coordinators answer phones, emails, and help you check in and check out for appointments. Of course they have many other duties as well—all which ensure you and your pet get the best care and service possible.
