2018 was our 6th year participating in the delightful Doggie Dash! Our Northwest Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital tent featured two games (tennis ball toss and bobbing for tennis balls) where both dogs and their humans played to win swag, free exams and dog treats!
Along with hosting a booth, our very own Dr. Hook ran/dashed with her family and their cute doggie Kami. All in all, we had around 400 people (and countless doggies) visit our booth and participate in games. Fun times were had by all, and since numbers don’t lie, check out what we did during this amazing event:
- 50 bully sticks were won by 50 happy dogs
- 30 bandanas were won by 30 stylish people/dogs
- 50 tote bags were won by 50 lucky people
- 10 Frisbees were won by 10 athletic people/dogs
- 200 free exams were won by 200 caring people
- 50 stickers were passed out to 50 smiling kids
- 700+ dog biscuits were consumed by many hungry doggies
- Only 1 doggie accident occurred in the pool
- Only 1 tennis ball casualty (destroyed by a playful black lab)
We had a blast, and these pictures only show a fraction of the fun we had. Thank you to everyone that donated and participated, and we can’t wait for next year!
