I grew up mostly in the PNW and couldn’t have picked a better place to be for my childhood. I was surrounded with animals growing up, whether it was dogs and cats or horses and goats, I found myself gravitating towards them. So it was the natural progression that I found myself working with animals. I started my vetmed journey at Banfield where I worked for 1.5 years, after that I worked at The Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin for 5.5 years. I really loved my experience there and am very passionate about emergency medicine, but as you can expect it can be extremely taxing both physically and mentally and I had to take a step back. That’s how I found myself working at NW neighborhood, and I feel very fortunate to get to work alongside these wonderful people who care so much about what they do.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me reading some twisted thriller book, seeing my friends, or hiking with my goofy dog Aggie. Aggie (or Agatha, or Agnes, or Waggie – really anything said in a high pitched voice) is almost 3 years old and she is a black lab/cattle dog mix and she is truly just the sweetest and goofiest dog. I also have a 5 year old Grey tabby named Smudge who has extra toes on all her feet, asks for uppies, and if theres a lap available she will most certainly be in it. I have a real soft spot for King charles, any kind of mastiff, and chihuahua but wont turn down any mixture of sweet puppy snuggles. Not sure what the future holds, but in the meantime I’m super excited to be able to help you and your best friend with anything you guys need
