In our effort to keep our staff and clients safe, we are now limiting human traffic into the hospital and implementing curbside care, effective immediately.
Until further notice, we ask that you stay in your vehicle and call us at (503) 227-6047 when you arrive for your pet’s appointment. We will retrieve your pet from your car and call you on your cell phone to discuss findings and treatment.
If your pet has a wellness exam, vaccines, or other appointment scheduled in the coming weeks that is not time-sensitive, we ask that you please delay until April. As you can imagine, these extra procedures not only increase risk for all parties, but also slow down our appointments and limit the number of pets we can safely accommodate in one day as we employ enhanced sanitation protocols after each visit.
Today through March 27th, we will be closing an hour early — at 6 pm — to allow our staff to better meet our patient needs throughout the day.
